Free agents can join through the J. Full teams need at least seven players; no more than three may have college playing experience.
Season and commitment
Games are on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. The latest season named on the program page is Spring 2026; the next intake is not dated.
Cost
Published fees: $925 per team, including referees; $20 per free agent plus membership. Membership cost is additional.
